Det Gamle Apotek delivers to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, Greenland and Faroe Islands.

How do I pay on the webshop?

At www.det-gamle-apotek.com you can pay with the following: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and ApplePay.

How do I use my discount code?

If you have a valid discount code for our webshop, you can easily redeem it by entering the discount code in the "Gift card or discount code" field in the payment module during check-out.

When can I expect to receive my ordered items?

Our delivery time for online orders outside of Denmark is 3-7 business days. We do our best to get your order shipped as soon as possible. All orders are delivered by GLS.

When will payment be withdrawn from my account?

The payment of the order will only be debited from your account when your order is shipped. Det Gamle Apotek A/S uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, which means that the connection is secure.

If you pay via PayPal, you are not protected by the dispute resolution process. Read more about the terms and conditions on PayPal's website.

Reservation of payment

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The money will be reserved on your card or account until:

1) We deduct the amount when we ship the item, or
2) The money is released according to the agreement with your card issuer.

How do I make a claim?

In case of complaints, please send us an email at support@det-gamle-apotek.dk with information about your purchase, defects and deficiencies, as well as pictures. From there, we will assess how to proceed.

Complaints about goods from Det Gamle Apotek that were not purchased at www.det-gamle-apotek.com

If your item was not purchased through our webshop, it cannot be returned or complained about to us. Instead, we advise you to contact the store where you purchased the item. Their return and complaint policy will apply in such cases.

What if I regret my purchase?

Items purchased from the online store can only be returned to the online store and cannot be returned or exchanged in our physical stores.

There is a 14-day right of withdrawal on items purchased from our webshop. The period is calculated from the day:

  • on which you receive the order
  • or take physical possession of the last item in the case of an agreement covering several different items ordered in a single order but delivered individually or in several batches.

Cancellations must be reported to us no later than 14 days after receipt, and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after cancellation. Notification of cancellation must be made through our returns portal or by email to support@det-gamle-apotek.dk, if you do not wish to use our returns portal.

How do I return an item?

How do I become a retailer of Det Gamle Apotek's products?

To become a retailer of Det Gamle Apoteks products, you must have a valid VAT number. Visit our "Become a retailer" page and fill out the registration form. If you are approved as a retailer, you can explore our wide range of products on the wholesale webshop without any obligation.
