The webshop www.det-gamle-apotek.dk is part of Det Gamle Apotek A/S. When completing a purchase from our webshop, you accept the following terms and conditions.
It is possible to complete payment with the following payment methods:
- V PAY
- Visa og Visa Electron
Please note that it is not possible to complete your payment with a Dankort. Only Visa/Dankort will be accepted for online payments.
Online shopping at www.det-gamle-apotek.dk
You need to register your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and the chosen Pick Up Shop (If shop delivery is your preferred delivery method) when placing an order on our webshop. It is important that you make sure that the information is correct before your complete the order.
Terms of delivery
All orders purchased from our webshop will be shipped with GLS.
Det Gamle Apotek reserves the right to use alternative shipping methods under special circumstances.
Orders will be shipped, either as
- Private Delivery, directly to the customers address
- Shop delivery, to a pick up shop of choice
When choosing shop delivery, the package will be available for pick-up for 10 days. GLS will inform you by text message or e-mail when the package is ready for pick-up.
It is your own responsibility to pick up the package in time. If the package is returned to us due to late pick-up, we reserve the right to charge the costumer for further delivery costs.
Our standard delivery time is 3-7 business days (for items in stock), but we always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Det Gamle Apotek is not liable for any shipment delays due to weather conditions, or other force majeure conditions.
If a purchased item is out of stock, the costumer will receive an e-mail with the expected delivery time. Under these special conditions we ask the costumer to respond to whether they want to receive the order as soon as we get the item back in stock, or they want to delete the order.
The customer has the right to return the purchased products within 14 days of receiving the order. The returned products will be refunded (shipping costs will not be refunded).
In general, we do not ship outside EU.
Then ordering goods from the www.det-gamle-apotek-dk , an amount will be added in payment of shipping costs.
Deliveries outside Denmark will be charged with shipping costs which matches the chosen country. Some countries can be charged extra if the shipment weight is over 2kg or the parcel has large dimensions. In these special occasions, the customer will be contacted before we ship the order.
The standard delivery fee for shipment in Denmark is:
- 79DKK for Direct delivery
- 69DKK for Shop delivery. The shop delivery option will be free on orders, delivered to Denmark, above 499DKK (66,5 Euros).

Reservations regarding accuracy
Det Gamle Apotek makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of the information on the website. However, you are always welcome to contact us, if you find incorrect information on the website. We furthermore reserve the right to amend any errors regarding pricings, images and items out of stock.
Det Gamle Apotek further reserves the right to cancel orders, if the purchased product is permanently out of stock. The customer will be noticed about the cancellation on the e-mail address informed when ordering the product.
Right of withdrawal
- The costumer has 14 days right of withdrawal for purchases from www.det-gamle.apotek.dk
- The right of withdrawal is from the day the costumer receive the products
- The right of withdrawal can only be used, if the purchased goods are returned in the same condition and quantity
- The right of withdrawal no longer apply if the product is used in a way in which will reduce the sales value
- When returning the items, Det Gamle Apotek does not refund shipment costs.
- If you want to make use of the right of withdrawal, you must contact customer service on email@example.com
- You are asked to provide as much information about your purchase as possible. This could be a copy of your receipt, bank account information (registration and account number), a copy of any further correspondence, etc.
- If you change your mind within the first 14 days, we will refund the sales price of the item (shipment costs will not be refunded). The refund will happen when we have received the item and checked that it complies with the terms of refund. In this regard, it is important that you provide us with your bank information.
- Your refund will be transferred up to 3 days after we received your returned item.
- Please notice that the box or bag of the product is part of the products sales value. Therefore, you must always return the products in the original packaging to be able to make use of the right of withdrawal.
Please note: All prices are VAT inclusive
Right to reclaim
- All costumers have 24 month’s right to reclaim when shopping on www.det-gamle-apotek.dk
- This means that you have the right to have your item repaired or exchanged within 24 months after you received the product.
- This right requires a liable reason, and that any flaws the product may have is not caused by faulty use of the product.
- The right to reclaim has to be executed in a timely manner. This means that you have to report the flaw within 2 months from it was first detected.
- If the reclaim is found to be legitimate, Det Gamle Apotek will refund the cost of returning the product to us.
- If you need to make use of the right to reclaim, you can contact our customer service on: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Please inform and document the flawed product when contacting customer service.
- It is important that you wrap the product safely when returning the product to us. Make sure to get a receipt for the shipping cost, so we can return the cost to you.
- Please note: We do not accept parcels sent as cash on delivery, or similar
Received the wrong product?
If you receive the wrong product by mistake, we ask you to contact our customer service on email@example.com. Customer service will then help you return the item. You will receive your refund, latest 3 days after we receive the returned item.
