The costumer has 14 days right of withdrawal for purchases from

  • The right of withdrawal is from the day the costumer receive the products
  • The right of withdrawal can only be used, if the purchased goods are returned in the same condition and quantity
  • The right of withdrawal no longer apply if the product is used in a way in which will reduce the sales value
  • When returning the items, Det Gamle Apotek does not refund shipment costs.

  • You are asked to provide as much information about your purchase as possible. This could be a copy of your receipt, bank account information (registration and account number), a copy of any further correspondence, etc.
  • If you change your mind within the first 14 days, we will refund the sales price of the item (shipment costs will not be refunded). The refund will happen when we have received the item and checked that it complies with the terms of refund. In this regard, it is important that you provide us with your bank information.
  • Your refund will be transferred up to 3 days after we received your returned item.
  • Please notice that the box or bag of the product is part of the products sales value. Therefore, you must always return the products in the original packaging to be able to make use of the right of withdrawal.

Please note: We recommend that you make sure to get a tracking number for your return shipment. This will make it easier for each party to track the shipment. If the parcel is lost in transport, it will not be possible to get a refund for the missing item/s
