At Det Gamle Apotek, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal on items purchased from our online store. Items purchased from the online store can only be returned to the online store and cannot be returned or exchanged in our physical stores.
How to return:
It's easy to return your order through our returns portal. Just follow the steps below.
- Register your return
Log in to our returns portal with your email and order number.
Go to the returns portal here
Select the products you want to return and the reason why. Follow the remaining steps on the portal. - Get your QR code for return
Once you have completed the registration of your return order, you can download your QR code for return. Download it directly from the page or find it in your email. - Pack your return order
Pack your return order securely and drop off the package at your nearest GLS parcel shop. Show the QR code upon drop-off so that the staff can print a return label for your package. - Proof of return
We recommend that you obtain a receipt for your return shipment. This is your proof if the package disappears. You are responsible for the shipment of the items you return until we have received them. - Awaiting refund
Once we have received your returned order, we will refund the amount using the same payment method you used when placing the order. Please note that it can take up to 14 business days for the return to be received by our warehouse. You will be notified when we have received your package and the money has been refunded. It may also take up to 14 business days for the money to appear in your account.
The return portal can only be used for orders from Denmark, Sweden, and Germany.
When using our return portal, a shipping fee of €5,00 will be charged for returns from Denmark. This amount will be deducted from your refund. For returns from Sweden and Germany, a shipping fee of €11,50 will be charged. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Returns without using the return portal:
If you do not wish to return your order through our return portal, please fill out this withdrawal form and notify us at support@det-gamle-apotek.dk. You are responsible for choosing a carrier and covering the return shipping costs. You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the shipment of the goods you return until we have received them. Please fill out this return form and include it in the package. The package must be marked RETURN/B2C and sent to:

We do not accept packages sent to parcel shops.
Conditions for returns
Items purchased on the webshop can only be returned to the webshop and cannot be returned or exchanged in our physical stores.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on items purchased from our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day;
- You receive your order.
- You receive the last item of your order in case of multiple deliveries.
Cancellations must be reported to us no later than 14 days after receipt, and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after cancellation. Notification of cancellation must be made through our returns portal or by email to support@det-gamle-apotek.dk, if you do not wish to use our returns portal. Find the withdrawal form here.
Cancellation of a purchase can only be made by expressly notifying us. Therefore, an uncollected package cannot be considered as cancellation of the purchase. If no notification has been given regarding an uncollected package, we will contact you for clarification. If the purchase is canceled, the amount for return shipping charged to us by the shipping company will be deducted from the purchase amount before it is refunded to the buyer.
