Shipping policy

Delivery

Det Gamle Apotek delivers to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, Greenland and Faroe Islands.

For delivery to countries beyond that, please contact our customer service at: support@det-gamle-apotek.dk

All packages will be delivered with GLS or DAO to a parcel shop, if possible, or the customer's home address. The customer will be notified via SMS or e-mail when the package is delivered. The package can also be tracked through Track&Trace.

It is the customer's responsibility to pick up the package in time at the parcel shop or for the driver to be able to deliver the package at the home address. If problems should occur, please contact our customer service at: support@det-gamle-apotek.dk

Once the package has been delivered to the address, responsibility for the package passes to the customer.

Delivery time

Your order will be delivered within 3-7 business days (for items in stock), but we strive to ship your order as soon as possible. Should there be an extended delivery time in special cases, we will notify you of this.

In the event of delays, backorders, or sold-out items, we will inform you as soon as possible and let you know what we can do about it - e.g., give you a refund or help you find a similar item elsewhere.

During holidays, longer delivery times can be expected.
